What’s a typical day like for you?

My day usually starts with a morning meditation and yoga practice. Then I like to go for a nice walk, or jog with my dog, Daisy, by the lake. When I get back, I like to prepare a healthy breakfast, such as fruits with oatmeal, or a light sunny-side-up with avocado and tomato on a slim rice cake.

Once I feel great in my body & mind, I sit down to check my e-mails around 8:30 am. At 9:15, I get ready to see my clients. My office hours are from 10:00 am – 7:30 pm, and I tend to book up fully with appointments.

Some days I’m on different projects, such as teaching office meditations in a downtown firm, or blessing a home or business somewhere in the GTA.

In the evenings, I like to wind down with a delicious dinner and enjoy it with one of my valued friends, or go out for a nice meal in one of the many wonderful restaurants in Toronto. I’m a bit of a foodie!

On Thursday and Friday I usually join friends or clients for various events, such as networking meet-ups, dancing, birthdays, business dinners, etc.

On the weekends, I tend to teach some self-healing classes/workshops, and besides that I like to make sure that I spend some time outdoors with my loved ones, connecting to Mother Earth. Activities that we enjoy are hiking, biking, swimming, skiing and sailing.

I’m all about a balanced life! :)

What in your life is really important to you?

My health and overall well-being are most important to me. I used to suffer from depression, anxiety attacks and developed asthma in my previous career as an investment advisor. As a result, I needed to make changes in my lifestyle and work conditions to accommodate my health needs.

Everything in life is energy; it surrounds us. My philosophy is that clearing any stagnancy and impurity in our physical, emotional, and energetic body (aura) can bring us closer to being fulfilled in all areas of our lives.

Many of my clients find my chakra (energy center) balancing treatments very helpful. After their sessions, they find success in their loves lives, careers and family relationships, with less stress and worry.

StepUp BannerOther than my health (work and passion), spending time with my family and friends is a very important part of my life. I strive to have harmonious relationships, and to always be present with the people I’m with or around.

Life is too short so we have to enjoy with the people we love and cherish!

Some of my friends and family still live in Europe, so I like to travel once a year at least in order to see them in the summer. Every time I go, I like to play an “explorer” and transfer through a city I haven’t yet seen.
Last year I spent a few days in Malaga, Spain; the year before Lisbon, Portugal and this year, I picked Prague, Czech Republic as my transfer destination. Looking forward to visiting the historical sites and local restaurants, shops.

What would you like to be remembered for?

I want to be remembered for doing good in the world and helping people heal. Having my natural gift as a healer and a medium, I’m grateful that I get to use it in my everyday life, and also encourage others to find their gifts in making this world a better place.

banner 3- borderComing from the corporate world, I’ve seen a lot of pressure on employees to perform and to put company’s needs before the clients’ or employees’ interest. We live in a very competitive world where expectations and performance measures are put in place and we are constantly measured.

My goal is to encourage people to live a better, more balanced healthy life. I really hope that my channeling, energetic clearings and life coaching can help people find more of an alignment through their unique qualities, as well as to use the law of attraction to find happiness and healing.

What role does fashion play in your life?

I love fashion and a great style! Coming from Eastern Europe, I even dress up to the grocery store. I feel it brings out my personality and feminine features.

My style is usually yoga attire in the morning, business casual in the afternoon, and classy/elegant for the evening. During the day it’s all about comfort (but still professional), while the evening is all about bringing out the beauty.

I tend to like classic, form-fitting, feminine lines; something that stays in fashion forever.
I try only to buy good-quality clothing, and ensure the makers produce it with less environmental harm. I always recycle my clothes through clothes swap party, or by bringing them to the women’s shelter.

What do you love about shopping at Fresh Collective?

Fresh Collective is a wonderful store! They only have the best quality clothing and lasting style. I love that I can find many Canadian designer pieces here and that we support local talents.

I first heard from Fresh Collective from a business partner of mine, who was featured on the blog; she raved about the dress she purchased.

What do you have that you want to promote?

I always have a lot of wonderful events coming up that are listed on my website. Currently, I’m leading an Office Meditation series at the Spoke Club (my next session will take place on June 5th).

I also have monthly Reiki healing classes and Chakra workshops. I plan to host a “Summer Love” event at the Spoke Club patio at the end of June 2017, and a yoga/meditation retreat in mid-July. For more info, kindly email me or visit my website.

Is there anything else we should know about you?

Besides “communicating with spirits” and helping people heal, I live a pretty “normal life.” I love dancing salsa and I love design, whether it be in the form of clothing, art, or interior decorating.

I’m also very excited about my upcoming meditation CDs, as I’ve been working on some deep healing therapeutic tracks in the last few months.

My dream is to open a retreat center and energy healing spa sometime soon, where people can go and rejuvenate their body, mind and spirit.

My motto is: the “Healing lies within.”
